How to set up your email account on Mac Mail (Ventura)

Step 1
Within Mac Mail open click on Mail from the menu at the top of the screen and then Settings
Step 2
From the Settings window tap the Accounts tab
Now click the + symbol (bottom left of the window)
Step 3
Click Other Mail Account and then click Continue
Step 4
Enter the following details
Name: YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAME
Email: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Password: YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD
Now click Sign In
Step 5
If your system says it was unable to verify the account please enter the following information
Username: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Password: YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD
Account Type: IMAP
incoming Mail Server: imap.stackmail.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.stackmail.com
Then click Sign In
Step 6
Now select what apps you want to use
Mail
Notes (Optional)
Click Done
Your account is now set up and you can send and receive emails.
Step 7
We always recommend you send an email from your email address to your email address within Mac Mail to ensure your emails are sending and receiving correctly.
