How to set up your email account on Android devices

Step 1
Open the Settings app on your phone
Tap Accounts and Backups (this may be Accounts on certain Android devices)

Tap Manage Accounts
Tap + Add Account
Tap Personal (IMAP)
Step 3
Enter the following details
Email Address: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Tap Next

Password: YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD
Tap Next

If Account options show next you can skip Step 4 and 5

Incoming server settings
Username: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Password: YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD
Server: imap.stackmail.com
Port: 993
Security Type: SSL/TLS
Tap Next
Step 5
Outgoing server settings
Username: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Password: YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD
SMTP Server: smtp.stackmail.com
Port: 465
Security Type: SSL/TLS
Tap Next
Step 6
Account options
Sync Frequency: Every 15 minutes
Notify me when emails arrive
Sync email for this account
Automatically download attachments when connected to WiFi (Optional)
Click Next
Step 7
Your account is set up and emails are on their way
Account name: YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAME
Your Name: YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAME
Tap Next

We always recommend you send an email from your email address to your email address on your phone to ensure your emails are sending and receiving correctly.
