Step 1Open Outlook and select FileClick + Add Account Step 2Click the radio button next to Manual setup or additional server typesClick Next > Step 3Click the radio button next to POP or IMAPClick Next > Step 4Enter the following detailsYour Name: YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAMEEmail Address: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSAccount Type: IMAP Imcoming Mail Server: imap.stackmail.comOutgoing Mail Server: smtp.stackmail.comUsername: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSPassword: YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD Remember Password Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) Click More Settings... (bottom right) Step 5Click the Outgoing Server tab My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication Use same settings as my incoming mail server Step 6Click on the Advanced TabMake sure the Incoming port number is 993 and the security type is SSLMake sure the Outgoing port number is 465 and the security type is SSL.Now click OK Step 7You will be taken back to the previous windowClick Next >The wizard will now connect to the server and send a test email Step 8If you have entered your details in correctly you will see 2 green ticks, this confirms you can send and receive emails. Click the Close button and then click Finish. If you see a red cross next to any of the tests, you will need to click the Close button and double check your details are correct. Once they are click the Next > button to run the test again. Step 9We always recommend you send an email from your email address to your email address within Outlook to ensure your emails are sending and receiving correctly.
