Users can then access detailed product information and generate instant, automated quotations. The quotation system utilises a dynamic pricing matrix, verifying customer eligibility and guaranteeing accurate pricing.
A key aspect of this project was aligning with PAYGP’s commitment to sustainability. Their approach to tackling toner waste and landfill through recycling and eco-friendly ink usage is reflected in the website’s design and messaging. Notably, Media City Way hosts the website on our servers, which are powered by 100% renewable energy, further reinforcing this shared environmental ethos.
Automated Quote Generation
We streamlined the quote process with an automatic pricing and eligibility system. The website accurately generates quotes based on printer choice and volume, with an instant eligibility check. This automation improves efficiency and ensures customers receive accurate, timely information.
Vibrant Colour Palette
We creatively integrated the CMYK colour scheme into the PAYGP website. By strategically balancing these colours, we created visually engaging areas that enhance user flow and drive conversions. The website’s design reflects the brand’s core identity whilst maximising its effectiveness as a sales tool.
Admin Efficiency
We developed a user-friendly case study template, empowering Pay As You Go Print’s admin team to create and publish new case studies with minimal effort. This solution significantly reduces content management time and allows for easy expansion of their portfolio.
